The company was formed by acquiring 3 small entities to enable pan India presence. The company is having 3 trademark registrations and is currently self- funded. In the early days, the company started with the distribution of SICAM (Earlier part of Bosch Group) Automotive Equipment's under the Tools and Equipment division, the company has now expanded into 3 Business Verticals Automotive Tools and Equipment, Vehicle Service Concepts (2W and 4W Service) and Automotive Software Solutions and wishes to establish place as Emerging Mobility Solutions Provider in India.

Todays workshop is continuously looking for increasing productivity, enhancing efficiency and at the same time improving the quality of the services being offered. Garage Equipments and tools form an integral part of this journey for excellence.
